FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Q:  Why would I want an OkSure Tees shirt hanging in my closet, ready to make a statement when I put it on?

A:   Too many reasons to list here, but the biggest ones are:  1)  OkSure Tees starts with inspiration that's mostly clever, adds a dash of silly, and a drop of irony.  2)  Our design process favors the earnest over the cringe.  3)  We don't make t-shirts for everyone.  We make them for you.  4)  We start with quality and end up with something better  That's what we ship to you.

Other, smaller but still important reasons:  1)  Our materials are ethically sourced, and we believe in advancing the principles of Fair Trade.  2)  We are the exact opposite of Big Business.  3)  We have the best website ever created.

Q:  What are your shirts made from?

A:  When ethically-sourced unicorn mane is not available, our solid-color shirts are made of 100% cotton.  Colors in heathered variants are generally a blend of cotton, and polyester, and in some cases rayon.  We try to provide material info on each product page, but if you have questions, feel free to contact us at support@oksuretees.com

The current colors we offer which are heathered or cotton-poly blends are as follows:

  • Men's:  Ash, Dusk
  • Women's:  Cloud
  • Boys':  Static
  • Girls':  Keep, Overcast, Sky

Q:  Where are your shirts made?

A:  Our shirts are ethically sourced from suppliers in the Honduras, Nicaragua, Mexico, and China, and printed at various locations in the continental U.S.

Q:  What about Made In The U.S.A.?

A:  Good question!  We are an American company, and we seek to support our community.  We are always on the lookout for American-based suppliers of t-shirts, with the intention of finding a balance of suppliers that can benefit both our fellow citizens and our international customers.

Q:  How long will it take to receive my order?

A:  Generally around 8-10 days from the time you submit your order.

Q:  How do I know what size to order?

A:  We provide a sizing chart on the product description pages for each design; please consult that.  Another excellent guide is t-shirts you already own.  A shirt which fits snugly before washing may be a little tight after a laundry cycle with heated drying, especially if it is 100% cotton.  Heathered colors (cotton/poly blends) tend to shrink less during a typical laundry cycle than 100% cotton colors, so you may wish to consider this.  When in doubt, order one size larger than usual.  Remember the wisdom of Oksr, our mascot:  "A shirt too large is comfortable; a shirt too small is an annoyance."  So speaketh Oksr.

Q:  What is your returns & exchanges policy?

A:  Please see our R&E Policy.

Q:  Do the colors of OkSure Tees shirts fade in the wash?

A:  We recommend that darker, bolder fabric colors be washed using cold water with like colors for best results.
